DNA Genetics signs LOI with Segra

VANCOUVER, April 18, 2018 /CNW/ - Segra International Corp. ("Segra" or "the Company") is pleased to announce that DNA Genetics has signed a Letter of Intent with Segra to develop a program in California regarding plant micropropagation (also known as 'tissue culture'). According to this letter of intent, DNA Genetics and Segra will transition a set of existing DNA Genetics cannabis cultivars into tissue culture for genetic preservation and production purposes. DNA Genetics is interested in utilizing micropropagated plantlets to further optimize its production capability, preserve genetics, and reduce the pathogen risks associated with traditional cannabis nursery operations.
